Lo que dicen nuestros clientes de nosotros
Just bought some freshly roasted coffee from them, super flavourful. Anshika was very helpful!
Good coffee, and books around to read! This cafe has large space and less seating, used to be a co-working space; go here for silent reading, catching up and good coffee. Recommended!
Amazing coffee for all coffee connoisseurs. Also love the fact that they don’t play any music. Very minimalist and quiet cafe. Just slightly difficult to find during day time. An absolute hidden gem.
Very nice place for Coffee lovers. Freshly roasted beans and rich quality coffee. Also available chip working space, so it’s good.
Specialty Coffee : FAQs
What is the Go-60 easy-pour, and how does it compare to a traditional V60?
The Go-60 is our innovative, travel-friendly easy-pour drip coffee bag engineered specifically into a V60-inspired conical shape.
Unlike standard, flat-bottom rectangular dip bags that lead to uneven water channeling and a bitter, over-extracted cup, the Go-60 mimics the exact geometry of a professional Hario V60 brewer.
This unique cone design forces the water to flow downward toward the center, maximizing contact time with the fresh grounds and allowing for an even, balanced extraction.
Packed with our premium 100% Arabica specialty coffee, the Go-60 gives you a legitimate, cafe-quality pour-over experience anywhere—whether you're at the office, traveling, or in a rush at home—with zero equipment or clean-up required.
What makes this specialty coffee worth ₹699 for 150g?
Our coffee is not commercial grade; it is certified specialty coffee beans sourced from top-tier Indian estates (like Ratnagiri) scoring 80+ on the SCA scale.
At ₹699 for 150g, you are paying for an exceptional, traceable crop where farmers are paid premium wages, beans are hand-sorted, and small-batch roasting is done fresh to order.
This ensures a complex flavor profile, vibrant acidity, and zero defects—a luxury experience far superior to mass-market coffee.
What is the advantage of a Tsubame ceramic grinder over a steel burr grinder?
Handcrafted in Japan's legendary metal-smithing capital, the Tsubame manual grinder features chemically inert ceramic burrs.
Unlike stainless steel burrs, ceramic generates zero frictional heat during manual grinding, which preserves the delicate, volatile aromatic compounds of our premium specialty coffee.
Furthermore, ceramic burrs never rust, stay sharp up to 10 years without dulling, and cut the beans smoothly rather than crushing them, providing an incredibly uniform grind for cleaner extractions.
How many cups can I brew from a 150g bag?
A 150g bag yields approximately 9 premium cups of coffee.
If you use a standard specialty coffee ratio of 1:15 (16g of coffee to 240ml of water), your cost breaks down to roughly ₹74 to ₹78 per cup.
This allows you to enjoy cafe-quality Arabica at home for a fraction of the price you would pay at a high-end specialty cafe in India.
Which is the best grind size for your Specialty coffee?
The ideal grind size depends on your equipment. We offer custom grinding options at checkout for
- Coarse (French Press, Cold Brew),
- Medium (Pour-Over, Aeropress), and
- Fine (Espresso, South Indian Filter coffee).
You can also buy whole bean specialty coffee to grind fresh at home for peak flavor.
Do you sell 100% Arabica or an Arabica-Robusta blend?
We specialize exclusively in 100% Arabica specialty coffee beans, celebrated for their naturally sweeter notes, complex fruit/chocolate undertones, and refined aroma.
Unlike commercial brands that blend cheap Robusta to cut costs, our ₹699 micro-lots highlight the absolute best single-origin profiles that Indian coffee plantations have to offer.
How fresh is the coffee when it arrives at my doorstep?
We prioritize freshness. Your coffee is roasted in micro-batches and shipped within 24 to 48 hours of roasting.
We pack our beans in premium bags with a one-way degassing valve to lock in the aroma.
We offer pan-India shipping, delivering fresh-roasted specialty coffee to Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, and across India within 3 to 5 business days.
Why does specialty coffee need to "degas" before brewing?
During the roasting process, carbon dioxide ($CO_2$) gets trapped inside the coffee beans. If you brew the coffee immediately, this escaping gas creates a shield that pushes water away, preventing a proper extraction and making your cup taste sour or metallic.
We pack our coffee in bags with an advanced one-way degassing valve. This allows the harmful gas to escape safely while blocking oxygen from entering, ensuring your beans arrive in their absolute prime flavor window.
Why do you recommend CAFEC paper filters for pour-over brewing?
Not all paper filters are created equal. We recommend premium CAFEC filter papers because of their unique "two-sided crepe" technology.
Unlike generic paper filters that clog easily and stall your brew, CAFEC papers regulate water flow with extreme precision.
This keeps the water moving at an ideal speed, capturing all the vibrant fruit and floral notes of our 100% Arabica beans while leaving behind bitter sediment and heavy oils for a remarkably clean cup.
Why is the CAFEC Tsubame Pro Gooseneck Kettle a barista favorite?
Hand-made piece by piece in Niigata, Japan, the CAFEC Tsubame Pro is highly regarded for its ultra-fine 6.0mm diameter gooseneck spout. In manual brewing, water flow rate is everything.
This kettle gives you unparalleled control over the speed and placement of your pour without needing advanced barista techniques.
It allows you to saturate the coffee bed evenly, preventing uneven channeling and unlocking the absolute richest flavors from our single-origin lots
