Dark Roast paper filter, for body and sweetness
A 0.22mm thick, dense, two-side Crepe filter that works optimally at a temperature of 83℃. That’s why the name, T-83.
This paper has the “Two-Side Crepe” but the height of the crepe is set lower. The surface area is a little larger than that of One-Side Crepe.
In the upper half of the cone, because of the adhesion of fine powder, water can flow smoother than the lower half. The lower half adhesion becomes larger, which applies the brakes to the water flow.
The first fast and later slow water flow finish up the coffee with body and sweetness.
